10. Tema port Expansion Project phase 1.
Construction works on the expansion began in October 2016. The refurbishment works are expected to boost the port’s cargo handling capacity to approximately million twenty-foot equivalent units and facilitate the accommodation of large container ships.

9. Pokuase Interchange.
The four-tier interchange at Pokuase is the first of its kind in Ghana, the first of its kind in West Africa, and the second in the whole of Africa.
It was funded with an African Development Bank concessional loan of $ million, with construction works undertaken by Messrs Zhongmei Engineering Group Limited of China.

8. Kotoka Airport terminal 3.
The expansion of Kotoka International Airport supports the country’s ambition to upgrade its vital infrastructure by modernising and transforming the Kotoka airport into a gateway for West Africa and as a regional aviation hub. It also contributes to the country’s economy by facilitating market connectivity and reducing business costs.

7. Tema motorway interchange.
The $60-million interchange is to replace the roundabout to ease traffic on the Accra-Aflao highway and the Tema- Akosombo road which intercept each other at the Tema Motorway roundabout. The project involves detailed engineering and construction of the roundabout into an interchange and other ancillary works, including drainage, pedestrian walkways and landscaping.

6. Kumasi water supply Project.
The Government of Ghana is committed towards the supply and delivery of potable water to both urban and peri-urban communities. In line with this commitment, Ghana Water Company Limited has, over the years, undertaken major expansion and rehabilitation works on a number of urban water supply systems throughout the country.

Adjei interchange.
The Ako-Adjei Interchange was completed in 1999 but it is still worthy of mention after receiving a face lift. The Ako-Adjei Interchange is a flyover in Accra, Ghana. Until 2005 it was known as the Sankara construction of interchange started in September 1997 and ended in December 1999.

3. Obetsebi Lamptey Interchange phase 1.
Akufo-Addo has commissioned phase one of the Obetsebi Lamptey Interchange Project, which has been completed five (5) months ahead of schedule and is now open for use by motorists. The completion of Phase One will enable the Contractor to begin work on Phase Two.

2. Sky Train Project Feasibility Studies.
The sky trains are on an elevator platform rather than underground. They will be running on platforms over the city of Accra. It will be a community train and not an intercity-one. At the moment, the visibility studies have been completed and it is being studied before the contract is signed.

The Kumasi Central Market also known as Kejetia Market is an open-air market in the city of Kumasi, the capital of Ashanti. The Kejetia market is the largest single market in West Africa. It has over 10,000 stores and stalls. Right in the heart of Kumasi is one of West Africa's largest open air markets. It is bordered to the north by the Kumasi Cultural Centre and to the north west by the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.
